We started retirementshirts.com because retirement gifts were, frankly, a bit rubbish. Another mug. Another card. Another bottle of wine they'll forget by Tuesday. The people who spent 30, 40, sometimes 50 years showing up! Through rain + shine, alarm clocks, early mornings, long days and sacrifices. All deserve something they'll actually reach for on a Saturday morning.

So we make tees that feel as good as retirement should. Soft, premium cotton. Designs with a wink and a warmth to them. Every single design has to pass one test: would we give it to our own mum, dad, favourite teacher, or the boss who always had our back? If the answer is no, it doesn't make the cut.

We're a small team who genuinely loves what we do, because every order is someone's big moment. A party. A surprise. A way of saying 'you did it, and we're so proud of you.' We don't take that lightly.
